Dubai Aquarium and Penguin Encounter

Dubai continues to surprise the world with its new and unique attractions, and the Penguin Cove is the newest of the lot. A part of the well-loved Dubai Aquarium, the Penguin Cove is the new home to 16 Gentoo penguins (8 females and 8 males), which were brought from a facility in the USA.

The Penguin Cove is a special temperature-controlled facility that has been created to replicate the Sub-Antarctic environmental conditions. To make the penguins feel right at home, the temperature of the place is kept between 2 and 4 degree Celsius, while the temperature of the water is kept between 5 and 7 degree Celsius. There is also a special lighting system that mirrors the penguins' annual light cycle.

If you want to meet these interesting birds, you can book s for penguin cove, which would give you the chance to have a unique encounter with the penguins. These s only give access to the Penguin Cove and not to the aquarium. If you want to see the Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo, you would have to book separate s for the same.

• Guests should arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled time.
• The Pick up will be arranged from your Dubai Hotel / Residence.
• Transfers are available from Deira, Bur Dubai.
• Pick up from Areas other than Dubai Hotels / Residence will be done on request with an additional surcharge.
• The timings for sharing may vary, depending on traffic conditions and your location.
• Sharing Transfer's Timings:

                  Morning Pickup between (10:00 am to 11:00 am)  & Drop off between (2.00 pm to 2.30 pm)

                  Evening Pickup between  (04:00 pm to 05:00 pm)  & Drop off between (9.00 pm to 9.30 pm)

• Pregnant ladies or Children below 2 years are not allowed.
• Children must always be accompanied by an adult or a Guardian during the attraction visitor activity.
• Not accessible for Wheelchair and stroller.
• There will be no refund for partly utilized services.
• The service provider holds no responsibility if any component of an attraction is non-operational due to technical reasons or weather conditions.

• We reserve the complete right to reschedule an itinerary or route, adjust pricing, or even cancel a tour whenever, at our sole discretion, mainly if we deem it is vital for your safety or convenience. 

• Unused inclusion in a tour package is non-refundable. 

• Any guest failing to reach on time at the designated pick-up point will be considered a no-show. No reimbursement or alternative transfer will be arranged in such circumstances.

• Should a tour booking be cancelled or altered for reasons of bad weather, vehicle issue or traffic problems, we will make all sincere efforts to arrange alternative service with similar options, however, based on its availability.  

• The arrangement of seating will depend on its availability and will be done by our driver or tour guides.

• Pick-up and drop-off timings listed on the website are approximate, and they will be adjusted as per your location as well as traffic conditions.  

• Coupon Codes can be redeemed only through online booking process.

• We reserve the right to charge 100% No Show charges if guests do not turn up on time for the pick-up.

• In any case the guest does not show up on time and our vehicle departs from the pickup location, then we will not arrange for alternative transfer & no refund is provided for the missed tour.

• Seating arrangement is done as per the availability & it is decided by the Driver or Tour Guide except in case of private transfers.
